As citizens and members of a broadcasting company entrusted with the public airwaves, we who work at the TV Asahi Group vow to comply with this Compliance Charter so that we may remain reliable, relatable, and worthy of high expectations.

• We will hold ourselves to high standards of moral and ethical conduct, and abide by the Broadcasting Act, other laws and regulations, and social norms. We will show good judgement in our conduct and manage our business activities in a just and sound manner.
  
  
• We will report the truth promptly, justly and accurately and also create exciting and attractive content. Moreover, we will contribute to economic and social development through commercial broadcasting.
